Description: ANTIQUE JUNGHANS CARRIAGE MANTLE CLOCK W/MUSICAL ALARM GERMANY ART NOUVEAU RARE This listing is for a very rare and incredible old and original Musical Mantle Carriage Clock. This is a Rare Antique Junghans carriage Clock. This is chrome with glass sides and a brass handle. It is in excellent condition for its age. I believe it to be from the 1910s or 1920s. The chrome is in overall nice shape for being well over 100 years old. Itoes not have any breaks, chips or cracks of any kind. It does have a few small scratches, and shows a little typical wear, as to be expected for a 100+ year old clock. This Measures approx. 6" x 5" x 3.75", and is very nice shape for its age. The clock winds, runs and appears to keep time well. The alarm works as well, and sounds beautiful. I am sure that it would benefit from a once over and a good cleaning. There is no key included. This is being Sold As-Is. Purchased from a very high end clock collector. CONDITION : The clock is is great shape for being over 140+ years old. It is in nice overall condition for its age. It would definitely benefit from a service, cleaning and polishing, but I will leave that up to the new owner, as most have there own preferred way of doing it.
