Description: Description:These wonderful doors were salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian.I believe they are made of maple and are painted, there are close up pics of the grain where I did a test scrape. Each has a glass opening at the top (no glass) with 3 raised panels below.The fronts and backs look the same.Most hardware will need to be replaced. They measure 48 inches wide together, 95 tall, and 1.5 inches thick.The glass openings are appx 15.5 x almost 48. Overall they are in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique. 1 panel has a light crack. The glass stop moldings are not complete. The doors were trimmed and are slightly out of square. In spring and fall we go from Pennsylvania to Atlanta, over to Houston, up to Kansas City and St. Louis then up into Iowa, Chicago and home through Michigan and Ohio. Trips to NYC and New England are as needed. We can personally deliver if you are somewhat close to these routes much cheaper than freight or uship. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job!
