Description: Offered here, antique cast iron bookends in the form of a young girl leaning against a tree. These are sometimes referred to as "hide and seek" and that term does describe the image. Each bookend measures 6" x 5" x 1 1/2" and together these bookends weigh 7 lbs. These are handpainted. There is no maker's mark. These look to be earlier than Hubley.
