Some rubbing and wear to front and back boards. Mainly around the edges. Front and back boards only just holding on with spine string. Presentation mount on inside of front cover dated 1897. Marbling still lovely and vibrant. No foxing. Pages are clean , crisp and the page edges are straight and still heavily Gilded, giving a really luxurious feel to the book.
