It is blown from relatively thick and heavy glass. Because of the shape, it could possibly a pretty brandy decanter, however the interior of the neck has never been ground or fitted for a stopper so it is more likely intended as a vase. It has a very nice & symmetrical chinese-style vase shape. Vibrant & bright polychrome enamel decoration which is mirrored on two sides . It is all Hand painted. The deep cobalt blue coloring is special, very deep, rich, and beautiful! SIZE: 6.5” Tall x 5” diameter belly CONDITION REPORT: Used. Very good condition for its age, no chips, no cracks, no repairs. The gold gilt trim has rubbing losses. The foot bottom has time worn scuffs and scratches. This item has no significant damages, but it will show light use-wear consistent with age and prior service.
