Antique ABINGDON USA Pottery Choo Choo Train Engine Collector Cookie Jar & Lid

Description: A collector's find, this is a beautiful vintage Abingdon USA Pottery Train Cookie Jar.It is in excellent condition and was never used for cookies but only displayed as art in my Mom's home.It's cream colored and has green & pink details. There are 3 very small divots. One on the inside of the lid and 2 at the front left base of the engine. It measures approximately 10.5? x 7.75? x 5?COLLECTOR'S NOTE: The train is marked with a mold number of 651 and has an authentic ABINGDON USA stamp. Although the company still exists, it only made artware pottery between 1934 and 1950, so this piece is at least 70 years old.A great addition for any cookie jar/ train/ ABINGDON pottery collector! The cookie jar is about 7 1/4" tall and about 11 1/2" long. No crazing.
