Description: AMAZING SPIDERMAN 666 SILVER SNAIL BUGLE VARIANT! 1963 SERIES MARVEL VF There were 2 different types of variants created for this issue for comic shop dealers. One is COMIC SHOP BUGLE VARIANT, cover by Ryan Stegman in which an actual photograph of the comic shop will be front page news in the Daily Bugle! The other (rarer) issue is the COMIC SHOP BATTLE VARIANT, cover by Humberto Ramos, in which Spider-Man leaps into action defending the comic shop from the villainous Lizard, complete with the store name and logo prominently featured in a banner within the store! Each store orders a minimum of 500 copies of whichever style they wanted. There was also a 3rd variant done by artist Greg Land - that was an exclusive for Midtown comics in NYC - they also had the Daily Bugle edition done as well! So be ready true believer - there are going to be literally HUNDREDS of different variants of this issue out there... I know I want to get all of them for my personal collection!
