If I notice a chip while taking pictures, I will try to point it out. Any paint included should be assumed to be dried up. This item is sold in "as-is" condition. Please inspect the photos closely as they are considered part of the description. Items is listed as used used because it was purchased from another individual and not directly from a retail store. The figures range from 4 - 8 inches tall. There are no returns and all sales are final. There are no exceptions. The item comes from a smoke free, pet friendly house. All items are listed as used as I have purchased them from other individuals. I have no way of knowing what conditions the item was kept in prior to my purchasing it. I have tried to fully represent the piece with the photos and in the description as I want to ensure this transaction is a great experience for you, and for me as well. I do combine shipping for multiple purchases when possible. Combined shipping is not offered on this item. Prepacked items shipping costs are based on the buyers zip code. If there is a significant difference in the combined shipping costs (when applicable) and the actual shipping costs, I will provide a refund of the difference. I will ship the item within three business days of payment received, but I always strive to ship in one day when possible. As a reminder, any delivery delays or wrongful delivery caused by the carrier are beyond my control. I do pack items carefully, but sometimes the boxes end up severely damaged while in transit by the carrier. I will work with the buyer to ensure they are reimbursed and also ask them to work with me on any claim I must submit. Items requiring extra insurance due to the cost point will have the insurance built into the purchase price. I keep receipts for 30 days from the date I mail the package. This allows the buyer adequate time to inspect their item after delivery and let me know of any issues. After the 30 day period is up, I will not offer a refund. No exceptions.
