Description: This listing is for the following item: A COMPENDIUM OF OCCULT LAWS Hardcover Book Condition notes: Outside cover has dents, scuffing, scratching, staining, indentations, marks, warping/bending, rubbing, soiling, corner wear, corner blunting, edge wear, fading, soft frays, perhaps what might be moisture or other damage?? and a scent. There is a tear to cover fabric in the folding crease that is approximately 1" long on the backside, approximately 2" from the bottom. Page 1 & 2 has been removed; I think this may be 1930's first edition, however, I cannot be certain. On the front and back inside cover and first and last pages are handwritten notes and old prices, pieces of cards that have been attached to the pages - as well as staining, some wrinkling, soiling. The page edges have staining, spoiling and foxing. There are couple pages with separation and one page with paper notes affixed near the bottom of the page - aside from this page, the rest of or most of the pages, at least that I can tell, appear to be free of writing. The pages themselves have some minor wrinkling, foxing/discoloration and appear to be legible and intact. Please refer to all photos for more on condition.
