Book is 90 years old and has seen some action but thanks to the slipcase still presents well. A new slipcase would do a lot for the appeal of book. Slipcase has severe "rubbing" and wear. Spine has some damage as well. Upon releasing book from slipcase we see a nice copy of book. Thankfully the slipcase did its job of protecting the book.
