We will freshly pick the leaves after your order is received, then ship with sealed vacuum bag within a day to preserve the freshness. We don't pick them until we have the orders. Note that the leaves are about between 1.5" and 2.5" long. Please see our other listings for longer Bay Leaves (2" - 3.5" long) if you are looking for longer ones. The leaves can be used fresh or dried. Freshly dried leaves have a warm aroma which is infused into cooking. Leaves should be removed from food before serving. Fast Shipment.
