We pack hatching (and eating!) eggs WAY better than anyone we know, and am VERY conscientious about shipping the freshest eggs possible, but In case of visibly damaged eggs, or eggs delayed in shipping to a point beyond viability, BUYERS will need to file a claim with USPS.USPS allows claims to be made after a 15 day shipping period has elapsed. IF they arrive, for example, on Day 13, you would have to present VISIBLY DAMAGED eggs to your local post office.. AND the original shipping box so it can be scanned in order for YOU to make a claim.
