Description: AUTHORIZED DEALER This beautiful violin was made of the finest tone woods. Aged quality European spruce top and European maple back in the old Italian style. This violin was made in 2022 in the workshop of Scott Cao and is part of their highly desirable line. It is a model, STV750E (copy of Stradivari’s violin of 1714, the ‘Soil’). The “E” in the model number stands for European tone wood which is an upgrade from the usual tone wood that’s used. Masterfully varnished in an antique style. As you can see from the photos, the antiquing has been meticulously and expertly done! The fingerboard is made of highest quality ebony. The pegs, endpin and tailpiece are all beautiful ebony which is amazing. The strings are German Thomastic Dominants. The setup has been expertly done to ensure ease of playability and a great tone. The tone is incredible! It is evenly balanced across all strings and has very good power, focus color, depth and projection. This violin will provide a lifetime of enjoyment for an advanced to professional player. I have done my best to provide an accurate description and assessment of this violin and it’s tone.
