The design features an image of the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia PA. Three different printers were used and the stamps have differences in the size of the date, the bell, and the microprinting shown with red arrows above. All of the stamps are on original backing paper. This means that for double-sided panes only one side can be used. The backside stamps are scrap postage. The 2008 self-adhesives pay the First Class postage rate. At the time of issue Forever was (42) and will meet the USPS First Class domestic letter rate forever.
