The star button on her wrist wants to stick down when you push it, it just needs lightly cleaned because button got sticky from some food or drink or something. If you lightly tap it, it stays up and works properly until cleaned. If it gets stuck down and doesn’t come up right away she shuts back off when button is held down on her wrist.
