The copyright page shows the words “First Edition” and nothing else to indicate that this is anything other than a 1st printing of the 1st edition. The dust jacket is not price clipped and still shows the original retail price of $ 25.95 on the inside front flap. The book has 315 numbered pages. Please note: There are faint “spots” showing in the photos, at least on my computer; these are from my camera and they are not on the book or the dust jacket. Please look closely at the photos as they are an important part of my description of this item. The book is in excellent near mint condition. The book itself shows some light signs of use or wear the corners and the edges of the cover, but is otherwise flawless. The dust jacket has no chips or tears, but does show some light signs of shelf wear and edge wear. The book is not ex-library, not a book club edition, and is not price clipped. It is tightly bound, has no lean, no noticeable fading to the dust jacket and does not have any offensive smell or odor. There are no tears to any pages and none are dog-eared. There are no markings or stains of any kind inside or outside the book. Please keep in mind these photos may be blown up at least 8-10 times normal, so anything you see will look 8-10 times larger in the photos than it really is. Please note: if you see a dark spot in the photos, it is from my camera and is not a mark on the piece.
