Typically you want to keep a 1:3-1:5 ratio of Male to Females, that is to say that if you have 10 Male Dubia you should have 30-50 Female Dubia for optimal breeding conditions within your colony. SHIPPINGTo ensure your Dubia roaches arrive alive and healthy, it's important to take precautions during extreme weather conditions. If the temperature is between 40°F and 80°F, no special measures are necessary. However, if the temperature falls below 40°F or rises above 80°F, we strongly recommend a post office hold for pickup and a heat or cold pack. Without these measures, live arrival cannot be guaranteed. For shipping, we offer USPS Priority Ground Advantage as the default option. If you need your order to arrive faster, we also offer expedited USPS Priority Mail. Please note that we do not ship to Hawaii, Florida, or Puerto Rico without a permit.
