To turn that setting on and off you go into talk back settings and you go to where it says talk back . Double tap and it will turn off. If you want to turn it on go to talk back and then swipe down twice. The first time it will say cancel. Don’t push that. Below that it will say turn talk back on. Please double tap that followed by the ok button. Once you double click the ok button you will then hear a female voice. If you swipe down and up you can either decrease or increase the female voices speaking rate . This phone also comes complete with locking screen .
