It's still sealed even though the cardboard portion of the packaging is warped. Breetai is the other Robotech action figure. Both of these action figures are Zentraedi enemies. These figures are made in Japan. I believe both of these are new, even the opened one. I found them at a house filled with collections. I believe the pack just simply fell apart around Breetai.
