This breed is indeed considered rare, especially outside of Brazil, due to its unique size and specific breeding requirements. I have 100% fertility rate in my Índio Gigante chickens, that's quite impressive! Fertility rates in poultry breeding can vary based on several factors including genetics, health, diet, environment, and breeding practices. I can’t control the weather if the eggs get too cold/hot it can effect the hatch X-rays can also effect the hatch the X-ray can cause the egg to develop but never hatch Please keep this in mind. I pack to the best of my ability and rarely have any cracks or busted eggs I place fragile stickers all over the box and inform my local post office what the box is carrying so if you have any damage contact the mail carrier I offer no refunds or returns. My roosters stand right at 3 feet in height my hens are around 23 inches high. They are excellent stock from índio mass and green fire farm. I do my best with my chickens they are like my family!
