Description: 19th CENTURY STAMPED “AUSTRIA” FRENCH GUILT BRONZE Decorative PLATEAU with inset FLORAL PETIT POINT Intricate decorative balustrade edge featuring cast anthemion, shield shaped crests and scrolling arabesques, serving as a frame to a delicate oval multi style stitched scene depicting a colorful petit point floral bouquet. Mounted upon a pedestal tray and (4) raised ball and claw leg. Finely cast gold plated bronze. Removable underside is covered in maroon worn velvet held in place with brass nails.
