It is in good condition and comes in it's original box and is in a protective bubble wrap sleeve. The figurine stands approximately 3" tall by 2 3/4" wide on a 3" x 3" green felt padded base. Unlike the other inns and boarding houses in the area "The Sinclair Hotel" was built from scratch expressly for lodging. It had a dining room and a parlor on the first floor, and upstairs on two floors it had rooms for folks who were just passing through town -- and even a suite in case the governor or another high-falutin't type came through Liberty Falls for a visit. Months before the hotel was built, Tobias Sinclair breezed into town one day for a meeting with Mayor Willie Griffin. He asked the mayor for statistics on how many visitors came through, where they stayed, whether they were in the area for business or pleasure, and much more. At the end of the conversation, Tobias asked, "Mayor Griffin, how would you like it if I put one of my Sinclair hotels here in Liberty Falls? it will add a note of elegance and class. I promise you!" The mayor was very enthusiastic, and so was the Town Council. Thus within a year, the handsome hotel opened its doors and its carriage house to business -- complete with bellhops, porters and all the other "big city" touches never before seen in Liberty Falls!
