Manufacturer and printer is Smith & Wesson of Springfield, MA. The manual itself is a 4 3/4 by 6 1/2 inch booklet, stapled center with 19 printed pages plus covers, on glossy surface black & white. Back cover indicates revision of June 1992. Warranty statement is conventional 8 1/2 by 5 1/2, hex folded back-and-front document also black and white. Its only date reference is 1989 inside the text. Subjects are Limited Warranty, Extended Service, and Authorized Service Centers. Note the wrinkled state of the warranty document where it came out of the box. Blue factory registration card is tri-folded 8 1/2 by 4 inches, with perforation line for its never executed mail in to the Denver address. Its date is from July of 1995. Laser Engraving flyer is vertically tri-folded, all color complete with order form, and dated from 1998. None of these documents were ever issued, they come out of a 25 some odd year sojourn in our old upright office file. Besides the wrinkling to the warranty document, they only have faint amounts of age toning.
