Description: 1964 Vintage Brunette Midge Doll dressed in the HTF Orange "In The Swim" Pak set. COMPLETE Midge is in beautiful condition. Right butt cheek TM, 1962 Barbie R, C 1958, by Mattel, Inc, Patented. Make-up is beautiful. Fingernail & toenail polish is present. Her body is in very nice condition. Skin color is even. Legs and arms hold a pose. Hair is pretty. Have found no missing plugs. Minor imperfections - Some surface scratches. An extremely faint orange mark on outer left thigh. An extremely faint grey mark on upper left arm (So faint, camera couldn't pick it up.) On back of left ankle, a slight surface indentation. Midge is dressed in the 1964-65 orange "In The Swim" Pak Set. Set includes * original orange Helena swimsuit (tagged & near mint. Tag edge is frayed.), *gold Mattel repro wedgies in excellent condition, *white Mattel repro sunglasses in excellent condition, *original straw weave hat with orange scarf, and * an original vintage black wire stand. **Bonus- Since hat & scarf have seen better days, I am including a brand new replacement hat & scarf for your display purposes. History/trivia- Even though today's market doesn't bear it out, in Kovel's 2003 edition, Midge in this outfit was valued at $2000.00.
