Description: This is a 1961 Winter Sale catalog from Sears Roebuck and Co. The distribution center was in Greensboro, NC. Also included is a loose, paper insert with the customer's NC address on it (I have put a post-it note over the address for privacy). I'm guessing the insert was on top of the catalog and then the set was shrinkwrapped and sent in the mail. There are some colored pages inside. Some of the items for sale in 1961 were: televisions, typewriters, canister vacuums, sun burst clocks (see pic) and even live chicks (see pic)!!! Ok, now for the bad news. The back cover and about 80 pages into the book have been eaten by bugs and show some staining. The damage lessens as it gets deeper into the catalog until it disappears. Also, the catalog does have some slight mustiness. It will lessen over time if opened and aired out. Thanks for looking and please write me with any questions. Shipping/handling is $6.00 in the U.S.
