Description: 1955 Lincoln Futura Concept Press Photo. Pictured with William Clay Ford and William M. Schmidt.It was built by Ghia in Turin, Italy. The car debuted at the Chicago Auto Show in January of 1955. It was powered by a Lincoln 368 cu in engine and was based on a Lincoln Continental II chassis.It was later sold to George Barris and in 1966 he modified it into what became the Batmobile.Reproduction photo printed on high quality, high gloss, acid free base stock photographic paper.
