Description: 1940s soft rayon dress with the most amazing novelty print of women in hats! It’s a gorgeous periwinkle blue color background. The dress has an eyelet lace panel in the bodice and a thin tie at the neck. The bodice buttons come undone and it also has a side metal zipper. The fabric is so soft and has a beautiful drape. The dress is in great condition. The buttons are a bit cracked and you can see where there had been belt loops but they were cut off. No other issues. The measurments are: 38-40” bust 31-32” waist Hips free 28.5” waist to hem 44.5” total length
