Photographed at Fulton KY in 1926 by the documentary photographer Charles Medin. Seen are signs for the Grand Theatre, Pocket Billiards, and the Culver Bakery.Charles Medin was artist/photographer and then assistant editor of the Illinois Central Magazine, circa 1900s to 1949.
