Description: These were first made during the Columbian Expo in 1893 Chicago and are made from real coins using a special punch used to push the design through the coin in a long process of strikings so as not to crack or break the host coin. These also exist on other US coins and foreign coins from Panama and Germany with different portaits like Balboa, Kaiser Wilhelm II, JFK and Teddy Roosevelt. Some of these can be quite expensive. You will have a hard time finding just the coin, most were made into jewelry. I also have the same in a 1911 Barber Quarter. This is PRICED TO SELL ! All coins in Unc condition as well.
