Description: Presented for auction is this Superb Antique French Large Bronze Agriculture Science Award Medal Medallion By Alphee Dubois dated 1905. This superb antique large French solid bronze medallion was awarded at the general Paris competion of 1905 for agriculture science and is marked on the front with the makers name Alphee Dubois at the bottom edge and A.D. on the reverse, it is also marked BRONZE on the very edge, superb quality item/craftsmanship. Please see all the additional photos as they form part of the description. Measuring 50mm in diameter by 3mm thick approx. it is in excellent used condition with no splits or repairs, just one small indent on the edge, nothing serious at all and consistent with age/use and it weighs 57.7grams by my electronic scales.
