Some minor discoloration, damage to boards with lower corner of top board detached and lower corner of rear board nearly detached, else in very good condition. In 1903, Charles H. Swayne, serving as a federal judge for the Northern District of Florida, faced impeachment proceedings over allegations of misconduct and corruption. The House of Representatives voted to impeach him in 1904, initiating a trial in the Senate.
