Description: A first-year issue and the transitional year between the Seated Liberty Dollar and the Trade Dollar. From a mintage of only 124,500, this is a very scarce CC-Mint Trade Dollar. A population of just one at PCGS with only nine graded finer! Near-blast white with a hint of iridescent champagne-grey patina featured mainly on the reverse peripheral. Radiant luster beams throughout with a lovely cartwheel effect when viewed in-hand. Overall, boldly struck with typical weakness noticeable on Liberty's head and the eagle's left leg. A very enchanting piece with just a few luster grazes keeping it from a loftier grade. Very attractive and worthy of a high-end cabinet. - Trade Dollar
