Description: This listing is for an 1867 S NGC AU58 Liberty Seated Half Dollar. This coin has the slightly scarcer VP-001 WB-102 Doubled Die Reverse. Of the two WB-102 tail dies this is WB-10 with early die state sharply struck S (mint mark), die lump left of the pole, and faint (due to early die state) cracks above "god" and "D" in United connecting the scroll. Lovely example of this better date Seated Half. Only a handful of these are known this nice and fewer still are early die state examples that show the spectacular doubling. Please see the pics for more details. Thanks for looking!
