Description: 1833 Matron Head Large Cent for sale. The coin appears to have an overdate with magnification as both 3's in the date are connected by a raised line toward the bottom of the digit. Trying to attribute the variety, I noticed the N-2 variety had a large die crack that went through the date, however, I see no other part of a die crack on this coin, so I am not sure if this is an early version of an N-2, or possibly an unattributed variety? The coin pictured is the exact coin you will receive. It has been holed at some point and has several scratches on the reverse.
