Description: This is a 1.5" Early Archaic Big Sandy Contracting Base Bifurcated Arrowhead. It is 1.5" long and .8" wide. The material appears to be Indiana Hornstone and has patina and mineralization. Color is a typical light grey. I bought this in an old frame, with the points glued to red felt years ago. There is still some residual glue on the back of this beauty. One ear has a fleabite... the other a larger flake.
